Seapot

I really struggled with this review because this place is amazing and great until it wasn’t 😣😮‍💨 enjoyed the hot pot for two with the conveyor belt chicken and beef then had the sauces from the sauce bar and a few hot Items just to taste it out. Again everything was great, until we left and went back to work our stomachs have been terrible for 3 days now. I would have said oh it’s just me but my entire party of 4 have all been sick since leaving and are really disappointed because we did have a great time with great food.

Hotpot is delicious. It has a nostalgic quality, bringing back memories of my childhood. Most hotpot places end up being very expensive, and Seapot is no exception. For two people, AYCE hotpot plus tip equates to $76. Proteins are good. Seafood was average, if not a little less than fresh, and vegetables were satisfactory. The novelty of the conveyor belt, just like any other conveyor belt concept, doesn't really justify the elevated price. It's just a little more convenient not to have to ask for refills on a particular item. Service was above average, and the seating layout gives customers a lot of space to not feel cramped.

A wonderful atmosphere is a great place to take family and friends . I love how the table is so long and large that everyone has plenty of space. The conveyor belt makes it so much easier without having to constantly walk back and forth for the food. Many different broths to choose from. price changes for lunch and dinner, which I wish they would keep their lunch price the same. I have loved the whole experience. I have gone with every sister and all my kids (all different days and times) my sister took her husband and my daughter hers too, but 11/13/23 took my sister in law and friend to experience something new, they loved it!!! only disappointment that service took a long time to order more meats and our water glasse were empty we had to flag the young man many times and it was a slow lunch no rush like the weekend. Hopefully, next service is much better.

Holiday price is dinner price for lunch and dinner which I wish they would keep their lunch price the same. But overall the broth is more than expected. It was excellent. I love the whole experience, will definitely come back again.

First and second time we visited this place was great, our waiter Terry was attentive and very nice! He did great servicing and making sure we got what we needed. The food was also great and the sauce bar was perfect for us since we love getting extra sauce on our meats. The hot pot was flavorful, I got the kimchi soup and the conveyer belt had everything I needed. We’ll definitely Be back soon!

Came here for an early dinner around 430pm and it was relatively easy to find parking at that time. Decided to go with the hotpot and kbbq. The meat was good and came out quickly after placing the order. They had excellent customer service. Grills were changed out instantly without me asking for it. I was able to order meat quickly after finishing the current round. It wasn't very busy at the time, so I cannot speak for peak hours. The sauce bar was great and had plenty of sauces to choose from. The conveyor belt design is nice, but it is very unsanitary in my opinion, hence why I took a star off. Even though signs were posted to not put plates back, I've seen a table on the other side of us take a plate out and put it right back the plate. Unlike other conveyor belt restaurants I've been to, the food is just left uncovered. Perishable items like frozen udon and fish balls and even seafood were not kept cool by ice on the conveyor belt, which honestly I don't know how they will maintain the food safety part of it.
